Please follow the instructions below to complete and submit your new membership application.

Please complete all required sections and make sure your information is legible.

1. Click the Download Application button below and save the PDF to your computer. Complete the Application, Open the downloaded PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free). Enter your information directly into the form. 
2. Sign the Application, your application must be signed before submitting it. To sign electronically using Adobe Acrobat Reader: Open the Fill & Sign tool. Select Add Signature. Type, draw, or insert an image of your signature. Place your signature on the application signature line. If you have issues with electronic signing, still complete application email it but also print, sign and bring to orientation. 
3. Save the completed and signed PDF to your computer. Make sure your information and signature are still visible when you reopen the file. 
4. Email the completed and signed application to: IronHorseGunClub@gmail.com   Please include all supporting documents listed on the application.
5. Application Review and Orientation: Once your application has been reviewed and approved, the club will contact you by email with instructions for scheduling your in-person New Member Orientation.

 Please bring the original application & supporting documents with you to orientation for verification.
